This project is an 1800 sq ft, single story, new construction home. It was built in Blackstone Trails for a family that was relocating to Illinois from Texas, which often times can be very tricky:

The family lived out of state & wanted to monitor the work

SOLUTION: The distance would probably cause most builders issues, but we utilize a great program called BuilderTrend to help overcome that obstacle. Through this program our homeowners can keep an eye on the house schedule, make selections, get updated pictures, and even keep track of the project budget.
